These terms govern the use of Mein-Rosapineta as an independent holiday and community platform.
Scope & provider
Mein-Rosapineta is operated by Stefan Waldmann, SMW365.DE. It is an independent community and is not officially affiliated with the operator of Rosapineta Camping Village. These terms apply to the website, mobile web app and Android app.
Account & access
Some functions require a free account. Information must be accurate and login details must not be shared. Minors may use the platform only within the provided safeguards and with any required consent.
Community rules
Illegal content, insults, threats, harassment, spam, dangerous misinformation and publishing another person’s private data are prohibited. Content may be reported, reviewed, restricted or removed. Serious or repeated violations may lead to restricted or terminated access.
Your content
You retain the rights to your content. By uploading it, you grant us the non-exclusive rights required to store, technically process and display it within your chosen visibility. You may publish only content for which you hold the necessary rights.
Information & emergencies
Community information, opening hours, prices, weather, beach and travel information may change and is provided without guarantee. In emergencies, only official warnings, authority information and emergency numbers should be relied upon.
Accommodation & enquiries
Mein-Rosapineta forwards non-binding enquiries but is not a tour operator and does not accept accommodation bookings or payments. Any contract is concluded solely between the guest and the named provider.
Shop & paid services
Orders or paid digital extras are additionally governed by the price, service, payment, withdrawal and delivery terms shown before purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability, liability & termination
We work to provide a safe and reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability at all times. Statutory liability, especially for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected. You may terminate your account through the public account deletion page. Material changes to these terms will be communicated transparently. Mandatory consumer protection rules continue to apply.
