Liability and community content
Website content
Content is prepared carefully and reviewed regularly. Completeness, accuracy and timeliness cannot be guaranteed. Prices, opening hours, facilities and community information may change at any time.
Member content
Reviews, photos, comments and experience reports may be supplied by registered members. Illegal, abusive or third-party-rights-infringing content can be reported. We review reports and remove or restrict content where necessary.

Copyright, photos and uploads
Texts, graphics and design elements created by SMW365.DE are protected by copyright. Rights in uploaded community content remain with the respective authors.
Before every photo upload, the member must confirm that they are the author or hold all necessary rights and consents, including for recognisable people and especially minors. Uploading grants Mein-Rosapineta a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence solely to store, technically adapt, reproduce and display the content for operating the community on the web and in the app. Ownership and copyright are not transferred.
To request removal of your own content or report an infringement, use the reporting function or contact support.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
